Stefan plays a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the day-to-day operations are running efficiently and according to plan. He is a strategic thinker with a background in project management. He provides leadership and oversight for each project team and guarantees project schedules are met, safety policies are adhered to, and quality control standards are maintained throughout the building process.
